The FBC belt conveyors are designed to be applied to all types of works which require uniform and safe handling of solid materials.
Commonly used in mining plants for the transportation of quartz, bauxite, iron ore, feldspar, limestone etc. They are also used in manufacturing industries, assisting in handling and recovery of raw materials. With bold constructive characteristics, they are easy to assemble and install and are manufactured in the following widths: 16 ", 20", 24 ", 30", 36 ", 42", 48". Lengths according to customer specifications.
The fBC belt conveyors, in addition to the traditionally known quality, are designed to offer speed and reliability in maintenance and replacement of components. fBC has a permanent stock of spare parts for conveyors.
The return drum bearings are attached directly on a stretcher system, which allows to easily adjust the tension and alignment of the belt and motion stability.
Side guide rollers ensure perfect movement of the conveyor belt, better performance of the driving force, a carefully dimensioned reducer attached directly to the drive drum allows a better unit performance and perfect belt drive.
Charge rollers mounted on ball bearings and special shielding ensure the conveyor belt a smooth drive and minimum adherence, more resistance to impact.
Rubber rollers located directly below the loading area ensure longer life to the belt. The belt conveyors are equipped with rubber rollers only when used to transport coarse material.
