Inclined Vibrating Screens are usually used at the end of the screening, but also applicable in pre-classification operations. The vibration is performed by single eccentric shaft, rotating in two self-aligning roller bearings for heavy-duty, protected from dust by labyrinth rings and piston seals.
The whole shaft assembly is mounted within a sealed housing which also contains the oil for lubrication of the bearings. The counterweight system in the shaft flywheels with preceded and adjustable action provides smooth starts and stops and a powerful and uniform circular motion at any point of the screen and constant at any load.
The entire mobile frame of the screen floats on a set of springs mounted on horizontal chassis for rigidity and ease of assembly. The exchange of screens is fast and facilitated by the removal of sections of the back cover. All screens can be supplied with 1, 2 or 3 stages (decks) of classification which, for heavy duty services, are the HD type (Heavy Duty).
